So if it isn't the digitizer, and on a quick inspection the connector on the logic board looks fine, what could it be? Report • #31 N104 June 23, 2012 at 09:06:28 I can't find much more than: digitizers, home buttons, mid-frames, LCDs, and batterys. I took it apart and now the entire screen is just white. First 2 checking point should be .9 volt and the last one is 2.9 but when the iPod boot up it increased to 17.8 volts. Essentially you will have to go through and start replacing other parts that may or may not fix the issue.

So I was thinking the cable came loose, and I took it apart, and as best I could tell it was just fine. I might try cleaning the touchscreen connector with rubbing alcohol.
